All products purchased from watanps.com can be exchanged within 3 days of the delivery date.

Simply notify us of your exchange intention within 3 days of delivery by contacting us directly.

Exchange Conditions:

• The product must be in a saleable condition, unused, and/or unwashed.
• The original tags and price labels must be attached.
• Proof of purchase is required (receipt or online order confirmation email).

Note: Jewelry products are not eligible for return or exchange.
