Domestic Orders in Canada
All products purchased from watanps.com can be exchanged within 3 days of the delivery date.
Simply notify us of your exchange intention within 3 days of delivery by contacting us directly.
Exchange Conditions:
- The product must be in a saleable condition, unused, and/or unwashed.
- The original tags and price labels must be attached.
- Proof of purchase is required (receipt or online order confirmation email).
Note: Jewelry products are not eligible for return or exchange.
International Orders
We try our absolute best to provide you with as much information as possible to ensure that you are completely comfortable when placing your order.
